The Association of Top Achiever Scouts (ATAS) Reception is July 26th at 4:00 PM at the International Exhibit Tent (Action Point). ATAS is open to all Scouts and Scouters who have earned Eagle Rank, Silver/Summit, and Quartermaster. Join ATAS before the Reception by visiting the International Exhibit ATAS table.
