It’s the early hours in the middle of July and your bus is pulling up to what everyone calls the Summit. The winding roads, the rolling mountains, the tents, the Scouts walking here and there. It’s the start of the best 10 days of your life. It’s the 2023 National Jamboree and you’ve been waiting years for this moment!
The National Jamboree is the best of Scouting rolled into 10 days of friends, fun, and adventure! You won’t want to miss out, get ready to face the challenge, push yourself, explore the Summit, and experience everything the Jamboree has to offer.
From world-class program areas to evening activities within your subcamps, take it all in because the Jamboree is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
We challenge you to meet new friends, ask questions about school and Scouting in their town or state, maybe even country. Dive into the water activities and bask in the warm West Virginia sunlight. Trade patches to collect the coolest looking one or maybe it’s a rare collectible, or maybe you’re more of the type to visit the trading posts and buy a shirt for everyone in your family.
The Jamboree is for you. Your leaders are here to make your experience one that you want to come back to over and over again. Your Jamboree Service Team has been working for months to make sure you have a great time. If you need anything or have questions, ask one of them!
