The Top Achieving Scouting Association (ATAS) is holding a reception for individuals who have been recognized with their countries Scouting Recognition. In the United States, the Eagle Scout Award is the highest Scouting award. In Great Britain, the King Scout is the highest award. Come and learn about ATAS.
