CANCELLED: Special Needs and Disabilities Challenge- Blind Laser BB Gun (Complete Some Requirements Towards Disability Awareness)

Have fun learning and experiencing challenges to everyday living created by various disabilities while participating in activities typically encountered by Scouts in units, school, sports and community settings.
Complete a minimum of 12 challenges to earn a sticker or 16 challenges to earn a patch. Complete more to receive an additional prize. Examples of activities include:
Wheelchair Basketball (open afternoons only)
Blind laser BB gun (open morning 20, 21, 24 & 28 only)
Navigate an obstacle course on crutches
Experience “invisible disabilities” in the Tent of Possibilities and Neurodiversity Tent

• Blind Laser BB Gun (8am-12pm 21, 22, 24, 28)

They will be closed for lunch each day from 12pm-12.30pm.

While experiencing the challenges, work your way through a majority of the Disabilities Awareness Merit Badge.
Adult Volunteers will have opportunities to earn legacy Special Needs Scouting patches!
