Stamp Collecting offers collectors an opportunity to learn history, discover other countries and to collect topics all at the same time. The Scouts on Stamps Society International is offering Stamp Collecting merit badge to teach scouts how to build a collection, Mount stamps and about how to learn more about stamps. The entire badge can be earned here at the Jamboree.
