10:00AM-4:00PM: Day Visitors Check In Open

Visitor check-in is at the designated visitor parking area at the J.W. and Hazel Ruby Welcome Center. From there, you are transported to Summit Center on-site at the National Jamboree via shuttle buses. J.W. and Hazel Ruby Welcome Center is located at 55 Hazel Ruby Lane, Mt. Hope, WV 25880
PROHIBITED ITEMS
For the safety of the jamboree participants, staff, and visitors, the following items are not allowed to be brought into the jamboree:
1. Firearms of any kind
2. Ammunition
3. Sheath knives
4. Self-defense or restraining devices (e.g. pepper spray, mace)
5. Illegal drugs
6. Alcohol and tobacco products
7. Smoking, including with electronic devices, is prohibited on the shuttle buses and at the Jamboree
8. Large backpacks: backpacks must not exceed 13″ (33cm) x13″x11″ (28cm) inches (16 quarts/15 liters)
9. Coolers
10. Picnic baskets
11. Glass bottles
12. Drones, skateboards
13. Fireworks
14. Pets (Note service animals are allowed)
Strollers for infants must fold to board shuttle buses and are subject to search. Although permitted, strollers are discouraged, because walkways and paths are rough gravel and the terrain is hilly.
SHUTTLE INFORMATION
July 21-July 25: The shuttle drop-off and pick-up on-site at the Summit are at the Scott Visitor Center at the Jamboree. The last shuttle into the Jamboree is at 2:00 pm and the last shuttle back to the parking area is at 4:00 pm. All visitors must be in line for the shuttle by this time.
July 26: The shuttle drop-off and pick-up on-site at the Summit are at the Scott Visitor Center at the Jamboree. The last shuttle into the Jamboree is at 12:00pm and the last shuttle back to the parking area is at 2:00 pm. All visitors must be in line for the shuttle by this time.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Review your selection carefully as no refunds will be issued for any reason including erroneous product selection or quantity; weather; change of schedule; change, suspension, or cancellation of activities; failure to arrive at the venue; failure of on-site transportation; close of venue; overbooking; wait times; or acts of God. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets and are under no obligation, and in many instances, are not able, to replace the tickets.
