Scouters who have been recognized with the DESA, NOESA, NESA DSA and or are NESA Legacy members are invited to join us for this reception.  There will also be a NESA DSA  presentation during the reception.  The cost is $10/person in cash that will be collected at the door.

The Top Achieving Scouting Association (ATAS) is holding a reception for individuals who have been recognized with their countries Scouting Recognition.  In the United States, the Eagle Scout Award is the highest Scouting award.
