Daily Visitors’ Tour
This Adventure Lab leads you from the Consol Bridge to the Conservation Area where you can experience some of the activities and adventures that the Scouting program offers. This Adventure is sponsored by geocaching.com.
Sustainable Treehouse
The Sustainability Treehouse is a physical example classroom displaying many methods of living sustainably. It is a living building. Yes, it is a treehouse in that it is a building in the trees. It was created on site with locally sourced wood and prefabricated sections. As you climb the steps, you become immersed in the forest. There are many displays in the building as well as a short movie. The Adventure Lab stage locations will overlap. Look at the image for the stage to help guide you to the correct floor. They are roughly in the order of entering the building and climbing the steps to the top. This Adventure Lab will have you searching for temporary physical geocaches we have placed around the area. You will need to find and open the container to obtain the answer to the lab stage. Be sure to read the stage description. Adventure Labs get you close to the location. You may need to pay more attention to the compass arrow for these and use your geo-senses.
