Transportation and Check In Information

Regardless of the way you’re getting to The Summit, pre-registration of all arrival and departure plans is required even if shuttle services are not needed. JST can register their arrival and departure times using this JST Staff Arrival Information form.

Upon submission of the information above, if you need to purchase a seat on a shuttle from Transportation Management Services (TMS), you can find your options available from TMS.

TMS is offering shuttles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT, Charlotte, NC) and West Virginia International Yeager Airport (CRW, Charleston, WV) airports.

You can find full details on JST arrival online and by following this link.

And a reminder, ALL JST staff must have current Youth Protection Training that is completed within one year and done after July 28, 2022. Meaning your YPT certificate must not expire prior to July 29, 2023 and it must have been taken within one calendar year.

Pro tip: if all your information is submitted ahead of time online, it will make your check in process much easier (and faster)!
