Reservations & Wait Time Status

Looking to ride the Big Zip or Gateway Zip? You’ll need a reservation wristband to do so.

Each morning that program is taking place, reservations open at 7am with the first zip taking place at 8am. You’ll need to visit the reservation tent to check-in and receive your timed wristband. Return to the check-in tent at your assigned time for the ride of a lifetime!

Wait Times

The Adventure Program Wait Time reporting in the app may not list a queue line time for the Big Zip. If the status is Open 🟢, then the Zip Line is open for reservations. When all reservations are giving out for the day, the status will display an orange icon for “At Capacity for Today”.

A Temporary Closure ⚠️ status indicates a delay, typically due to weather. A Closed🛑 status means the Zip has closed for the day.

Standby Line

Didn’t get a reservation but still want a chance to ride one of the zip lines today? Join the standby line for a chance to snag a spot that wasn’t claimed. There is no guarantee that you’ll be able to ride a zip line if you are in the standby queue.
